Faalta (pronounced fahl ·ta) was created with the intent to foster discussion and facilitate access to advice and lessons learned from women who “have been there.” The aim of this global platform is to support the career development of women by providing multilingual content from those who are passionate about the topic of professional women in the workforce and women in leadership.
